A Touch of Glass Inc. is a window and gutter cleaning business in Calgary, Alberta. Kyle Wick runs it. This page says what we collect when you use this website or ask for a price, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, email address and the address of the property, when you ask for a price or book a job.
- Photos or video of the property, when you or Kyle take them to quote or document the work.
- Messages you send us by text, email or the quote form.
- Basic visit data from Google Analytics, such as which pages were viewed and roughly where in the world the visit came from. This uses cookies.
Why we collect it
To give you a price, book and do the work, send reminders and receipts, answer your questions, and keep a record of the job. We do not sell your information.
Who sees it
Kyle sees it. Our text and email providers handle your messages only so they can be delivered. Google Analytics receives visit data from this website. We do not share your details with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
Texts and emails
We only text or email people who contacted us or who are customers. Every text can be stopped by replying STOP. Ask us and we will stop emails as well.
How long we keep it
We keep job records for as long as we need them to look after your property and for our tax records.
Seeing or deleting your information
You can ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text 587-803-0549 or email kyle@touchofglassinc.ca and we will deal with it.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
